Since 1974 Philip has had extensive experience and has amassed detailed knowledge of customs, quarantine, transport, storage and import formalities. Philip specialises in import costing and audit assessments. He is a Fellow of the Customs Brokers Council of Australia and has been a licensed Customs Broker since 1980.

Seeing the demand by Australian Industry for a market driven, high service level, customs and forwarding organisation, Philip founded CFS in 1982.
